Pre Adoption Form

Please send us an email or message our Facebook page for a Pre Adoption form.
We aim to find the right home for each guinea pig who comes into our rescue.
You will find all the Adoption information on this form when you have filled it in.
Please makre sure you let us knwo what guinea pig/s you are interested in on the form. If you dont have a piggy in mind just let us know gender & age.
Computers must have Microsoft office word downloaded to edit the document. Please refrain from doing the document on an Tablet or Phone, as the format doesnt send abck correctly

RESCUE RESERVATION POLICY

Please read before adopting from Pigateers Rescue & Rehoming

- All RESERVED Guinea Pig's will have the reserved note next to their name on the page.

- We take 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, to secure the guinea pig/s being adopted.

- Refund will only be issued if the piggy comes down with a medical condition or passes away. This does not include fungal, mites or lice. As we treat them at the rescue. So will delay the adoption.

- Any baby guinea pigs will not leave the rescue BEFORE 8 weeks of age.

- NO baby guinea pigs will be up for reserved adoption until 4 weeks of age.
